THEY PUT ME IN A DEATH TRAP! I am giving this place a one-star review until my situation is rectified and let me tell you why... I came the collision concierge and brought my vehicle to them based on an advertisement that stated they covered your deductible, and gave you a rental or loaner car to use while your car was being repaired. That was very enticing to me as I had recently got new insurance and unknowingly been given bare Bones coverage when I typically prefer to pay more to have better coverage. Which I have since changed in my deductible for collision is now only $50 and comprehensive zero. With rental included. However that does not cover the collision that had happened prior that alerted me to this where someone hit my vehicle. And I found out my deductible was $1,000 and I had no rental coverage. Little did I know I will be given a car that was SUBPAR. And TRIED TO BE MADE TO BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL. Not only did this car not have the features I'm accustomed to, which granted I understand that to some point, but this car also that they gave me is unsafe because I find out driving home an hour away at night that THE HEADLIGHTS DON'T EVEN WORK! So now you're PUTTING MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY AND OTHERS AROUND ME because the ONLY WAY I GOT HOME was to use the BRIGHT LIGHTS which is very UNSAFE TO OTHER DRIVERS. Also it took me quite some time to figure what was going on because I had previously been in bright lit areas. And someone had to alert me that my headlights were not on. An hour away from my home. I had to drive with my BRIGHTS ON JUST TO MAKE IT HOME. 😔 So ALSO I find out that they try to WHEEL AND DEAL YOU because if they feel your damage is not enough THEY ACTUALLY DON'T WANT TO COVER YOUR DEDUCTIBLE AS ADVERTISED. I was given a choice of either a 250 dollar deductible reduction Plus a loaner car or a $500 deduction and I get my own rental coverage. Not knowing how much or how long my car would be in the shop I chose the former not knowing how long it was going to take. And the hassle of figuring that out and trying to get a rental it seemed like the easier option at the time and my car really needed to be off the road and be repaired. That is unacceptable! Now previously I had complained because the car they gave me also didn't even have a key fob you had to use the actual physical key to unlock and lock the door, very unsafe for a woman in these days and age fumbling around with a key, trying to get it out of my purse etc. Not to mention I'm an a woman of age let's just say even though I may not look it, and I have some mobility issues that frankly make this car not the ideal car for me not to mention the bullet hole in the front windshield... But I was told over and over again and I don't know if it was with a smirk but last time I called I WAS LITERALLY TOLD LOOK YOU'RE GETTING A FREE CAR. Sir! Is this the attitude that I am supposed to receive from somebody that I'm going to be paying to repair my car who advertised mind you. Not that we was going to put you in a death wagon! So now of course it's the weekend and I can't get a hold of anyone. Not to mention I gave my car to them on Thursday and it still hasn't been looked at it's Sunday! They told me they were going to test drive it the next day. That didn't happen. I'm just saying. It's starting to look real iffy to me. So I don't know if you want to chance it bringing your car here. I'm really starting to regret that I did. Now I'm waiting for somebody to contact me back. Let's see if we can improve my view of this company because right now it is a very low. And I would not recommend.

This company is great,this company really did a amazing job with my car.I didn't have to come out of pocket for my deductible it was completely cover and no down deposit for my rental either. Me not having to come out of pocket saved me alot of money which in my case worked wonders for me ,they also detailed my car inside and out which was also great too .I definitely will highly recommend their services 💯 percent. Thanks again to collision concierge for the wonderful customer service and for having a great tem to work with.

Great work! Professional and they keep you updated by communicating via email or phone calls. Even when the insurance company didn't cooperate, the managers were on top of my claim. Most importantly, they pay your deductible! I cannot thank them enough. They met me to pick up my car. This has been the best service in spite of being in an accident. Should the need arise, I'd use them again. Highly recommended.

Great service. I kept hearing advertisements for them on the radio but never needed them. Until I did. I got rear ended and between my insurance and the other guys insurance, it was taking a long time to sort out. I called these guys on a Friday and Jenny drove out to pick up my car on Monday. BTW, I live an hour feom this place. Jenny was very nice and dropped off the loaner. I signed the paper work and that was it. My insurance covers 80% of a rental car but I didn't have to pay anything with these guys. The only nit picks I have is that they say on the website and on the ads that they pay your deductible. I have a $500 deductible, and they paid half. $250 is better than $500, I just think they should say 'we will help pay your deductible' just to be a little more clear. The other thing was it took about a month to fix, but I think alot of that was them dealing with insurance and possibly finding parts since I drive an 06. But overall, I highly recommend this service
