100% satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed throughout and got my vehicle back early. I highly recommend Collision Works of Glen Burnie.

Collision Works is the best Auto and Body Shop in Glen Burnie, MD. I trust them with my vehicle’s and my wife and I have been doing business with them for years. I highly recommend them to anybody that wants great customer service and quality work. These people will go above and beyond within reason for their customers. Unfortunately my wife and I have dealt with a lot of hit-and-runs by living in this area so we will forever be customers.

Updated: 16AUGUST22 (see write-up and photos below). I definitely do not recommend this shop and I certainly don't recommend this shop if you drive a car made outside of America. I don't believe their technicians are equipped to fix German engineering. After taking a few of my cars here for repairs over the years I finally hit a brick wall with the most recent insurance claim repair. I hit a deer in February 2017 in my 2013 Audi Q5. The repair estimate done by the body shop overlooked body work and in addition, my car had to be returned to this location 5 (yes I said 5) times!! The unfortunate part about the many returns was that it was a radiator leak which meant it required immediate attention and interuption to my daily life. First, the coolant light came on and the shop couldn't find a specific issue so they returned my car after a thorough check. A week later the coolant had drained and I returned the vehicle and showed the tech where the antifreeze hose was leaking, so they replaced the hose which should have been replaced at the very start. Four days later, I had to go back again because the same part leaked again and this time it was because the mechanic failed to attach the part properly. When the weather warmed up this summer I realized that my air conditioner wasn't working, so I had to return the vehicle AGAIN only to find out that the electricity connection to my condenser was connected backwards, therefore not providing electricity to the unit (you don't have to be a German Car engineer for an electrical connection, or so I thought). Finally, a few months had gone by and I washed and waxed my car to find they completely overlooked a buckle in the body (metal frame). They missed the body work in the estimate and when I returned the vehicle for them to repair, they refused and claimed there was no way they overlooked the buckled metal (it was small, and only slightly buckled and my car is black) and I had to address the issue with my insurance company. The small vindication (other than this review) is that my insurance company (USAA) agreed with me (with convincing authority) that the damage to the body work was in fact from my accident. So as a result of Collision Work's incompetency, I will be taking my car for repair a 6th time but this time it won't be back at Collision Works. Update: So here I am 4 years after this review to add more ship-shod work done by this collision center. I am posting pictures this time of, hear me out, more than 12 missing bolts on the under side of my vehicle known as the splash shield. Today, while parked I noticed that my splash shield and passenger side mudflap was hanging near the ground. After crawling under I realized the splash shield was missing at least 12 bolts that were either 1) incorrectly installed and they fell out or 2) never installed. Not only were there missing bolts but they also improperly installed the splash shield leaving the flaps and clips that are not supposed to be on the outside, exposed to the elements making it even more evident that they bolts were never installed. I can't tell you where to get your car fixed, but I can tell you where not to....
