From Dent to Brand new! Eddie and his team really do treat their customers cars as their own! Not only do they work with care, they have been very timely with their work! Eddie has been amazing every time I speak with him, and gifts delicious chocolate to me and my wife! Thank you so much!

I cannot speak more positively about Eddie, his staff and their work. I moved to Maryland and needed to pass the vehicle inspection. I had both front and rear fender damage and knew that the cracked back taillight wouldn't pass. After a long google search and visiting multiple different places I found CACC. At the onset I will admit they were not the cheapest quote (one place advised only fixing the taillight and putting duct tape on everything else) but they welcomed me like family and I knew they would take good care of me and my vehicle. Eddie came out himself to inspect the car and pointed out other age-related wear and tear changes like scrapes on the hubcaps and gaps in the trim from slowly separating from the body with time. He assured me they would fix all that at no cost in addition to the bodywork repairs and taillight (again, like family). After taking things apart he sent me an update email, the quote was going to change, the damage internally was more than originally thought. But he sent pictures and a reasonable, in depth explanation which I appreciated. At one point he called me in and discussed potential options with me. He emphasized and encouraged me to take the option that would be less expensive for me though he would make less money himself (once again, family). At the end they did the inspection for me and I left with a car I was happy with, inspection complete and passed, and a car repair place I trust and will always return to if I need it. I highly recommend CACC and Eddie, I don't think you will find another place that will treat you as well as they do.

I had a great experience with Columbia Auto Collision. They repaired my damaged tail light and scratch/dented bumper, and the car looks as good as new. The paint match is perfect, and you’d never know there was any damage. Eddie and the staff were very welcoming, professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but I am extremely pleased with the services I received at Columbia Auto Collision Center. I found myself in a tough situation after my car was hit shortly after moving to the area, and Eddie was incredibly helpful in getting everything taken care of on a very tight timeline. The turnaround was impressively fast, and the price for the repair was significantly better than other quotes I received from shops nearby. Eddie and Debbie were both exceptionally friendly, and they even offered me a ride home when I didn’t have a car. I would highly recommend checking out this shop to anyone in need of body work.
