It was fast and easy to access. 5-10 minutes from start to finish. One suggestion, have more than kiosk maybe near the rear of the parking lot. So more vehicles can line up.

Straight Forward! Just follow the prompts on the kiosk screen. The test took 3-4 mins to run. Knowing where your OBD port is really helps. Also, have your license plate no. and VIN (last 4 digits) on you to get started. However, it's the only one self-service kiosk. So, if there are a lot of vehicles queued in front of you, you might have to wait for a while till your turn comes. Don't forget to collect your VEIP print out once the test is over (the kiosk produces one). It cost me $26 at that time (kiosk accepts credit cards from most major providers).

In and out quick. Customer service attendant in the office was extremely helpful when my vehicle didn't pass emissions. He gave me another option I didn't even know was available to me. I couldn't thank him enough!

The document scanner was broken; I was able to manually input a number in so I could still use the kiosk. Aside from that, everything was pretty easy to use and only took a few minutes to complete.

Waited 40 minutes and it gave me this screen after I entered my plate and Vin #. Didn’t even get to plug it in. No explanation as to why just that it wouldn’t work. I tried twice. All the cars in front of me had no issues. I get every car is different but offering no explanation as to why it won’t even let me try is incredibly frustrating. The idea is great, system execution needs work.
