Nothing is more heart-wrenching than to wake up and discover that your car was broken into, steering column in shreds, all part of a failed theft attempt! My fiancee encouraged me to take my stressful problem to Community Auto Body in Dundalk and I’m so glad I did. From jump, Michelle contacted me to set up a time to have my car towed. She was such a pleasure to work with and she and Madi helped me process insurance paperwork for a smooth, pain-free transaction and always with smiles. Annie and Karen were just as awesome! Community’s team went above and beyond with their over-the-top customer service. Their communication was consistent, clear, and comforting during a very stressful time. I received encouraging text updates, always keeping me in the loop! They treated me like a valued member of the community, not just a job number, and made sure I understood every step of the repair process. The Community Auto tech team did an amazing job with the repairs! My car looks incredible now—better than before the damage and drives like a dream! They even reprogrammed my key fob to perfection! If you want a locally-owned shop that’s skilled, personable, and who genuinely cares, Community Auto Body will deliver! Community Auto Body was my insurance's recommendation but I would 1000% choose them if I had to again! From the beginning they were very informative and communicated with both my wife and I on the process from start to finish. Customer service was impeccable and the actual work was phenomenal! My truck still looks brand new after being rear-ended and I couldn't have asked for better service!

I am a naturally longwinded person, but this is 3 paragraphs you MUST read! Reason: rear-end collision with a Peter-built Dump truck Time to fix: 7 days, extended to 8 I came in devastated with rear end damage to my vehicle, Tinkerbell. I didn’t believe it would be possible for ANY shop to repair the rear to her former condition. I was hesitant to even go to a shop due to my amateur background in automotive mechanics and my experience in the field showed me just how hard it is to find an honest mechanic that can complete the job without trying to get over on you. Now, after going through Community Auto Body shop, working with Annie, Michelle, and Jon I see my car’s beauty has been restored! I am absolutely satisfied with the workmanship, care, and quality Community has put into my vehicle. She feels like I just got her and I’m just so happy that I chose the right body shop! From day one, my story was heard and the staff had been very friendly and supportive of me and the needs of my vehicle. Communication was timely and always professional, and even when my vehicle’s finish date was moved (due to an unexpected delay of parts), I was in awe of how much Community Auto Body did to accommodate me until I could pick up my vehicle. They truly care, and I highly recommend everyone looking to get repairs and/or body work done to come here! First two photos: before, with my previous spoiler (that was a love/hate relationship🤩) Third photo: The day of the collision😔, my trunk was closed shut and later I popped it open to remove my items from the back. Since I opened it, it would not close 🥺 Fourth Photo: After I picked my vehicle up🥳 I do miss my old spoiler, however, I like the look of the stock spoiler for now. If I upgrade I will be coming back to Community Auto Body for the new spoiler’s installation 😎😎

Michelle was an amazing help over the phone! I was able to send a text with photos for my broken window and in under an hour had a price estimate along with how long the repair would take. I was genuinely surprised that the work was done so quickly!! Props to all the employees at Community Auto Body fron the front desk to the shop. I would 100% recommend to anyone!!

I'm not one to usually leave a review (good/bad), but I felt my experience definitely warranted a review to let others know just how great Community Auto Body is to work with. This is my 2nd time taking a vehicle to Community Auto Body and they truly are wonderful to work with. Their customer service is exceptional, they're very communicative and do top notch work! Unfortunately, this time around my vehicle was considered to be a total loss and they did not perform any repairs, just estimating. They were very accommodating when I had to reach out to them to make arrangements to get my belongings out of my vehicle and continued to treat me with the same exceptional customer service, even though they weren't making any of the repairs that were estimated at around $30k. I truly appreciate all of their assistance during this unfortunate time and would definitely use them again should I need their services. Thank you to the team at Community Auto Body, everyone I've encountered has truly been a pleasure to work with and I wanted to ensure everyone gets the recognition they deserve.
