Honesty. High-quality work. Low charges. These qualities are rare by themselves in the auto repair industry, but to find them all in one place is unheard of. My wife and I have not had better mechanics in our lives. Wonderful people, and friendly as can be. No need to go anywhere else.

While in town for work, I needed immediate, professional work done on my 2011 Land Rover LR4. The height sensors were failing causing the vehicle to go into an almost "limp" mode and limiting my speed to a mere 30 mph. The guys there assured me that they serviced many Land Rovers and were confident that they possessed the mechanical abilities. And they were right! Repaired the first time with no return of service for that project!! I was very happy with the workmanship, their appearance and, most of all, the price!! Not too over the top. Being an 'out-of-towner' , they did not take advantage of the situation and that was greatly appreciated!! Complete Auto Service is my place to go now whenever I am in the Bel Air area.

Highly highly recommend Complete Auto Repair!! Nick is always so friendly, thorough & honest with what work needs to be done to your car. From a routine service or oil change to replacing parts - they're your people! I have been taking my car for a couple years now & plan to keep taking it there for any future services. I know I can trust them and that they will take good care of it!

Absolutely the best shop I have ever been to. Mike and Nick took care of me today and I left the shop as an informed customer. Every question and concern was addressed in a friendly and timely manner. Mike actually took the time to show me how to do some maintenance on my own to keep my rig running smooth. Unbelievable service backed by the highest standards and ethics I may have ever saw at an auto shop. Thanks guys and I will see you the next time I need anything for my family's vehicles.

Hands down the best mechanic in Maryland. Nick is the absolute man!! They will fix your car in a hurry and will do it at a reasonable price. I absolutely love this shop and can't say enough good things about them.
