Complete Car Care is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. After towing my SUV there that morning thinking it would be days waiting for it to be fixed, I was back on the road in a few hours. Their mechanic Eric was great. He was straight forward and had very detailed information about what happened with my Dodge Journey. He even balanced the air in my tires and topped off my oil just to make sure me and my family made it safely to Georgia. Highly recommend 👌

Eric is someone you look for in this business. He is someone you can trust. Good news or bad news he is honest, he will always go the extra mile, and the work he does is quality. I once had an issue with an older car I bought that 3 other shops couldn’t figure out. They all charged me too much money for surface level fixes that didn’t eliminate the problem. Eric spent a lot of time on my car (honestly way longer than what he charged me for) performing all kinds of tests trying to figure out the problem. Because he said he would run a diagnostic and find out why my car was acting up, he did. He is a man of his word. There is a difference between a mechanic that identifies possible causes of a problem and tests them to identify the root of the issue, and a mechanic that just tells you whatever the OBD scan tool says. At this shop they are the former. Nothing but good things to say about them. My car was 13 years old when I brought it to them, it’s now 18 years old. Haven’t had an issue with it since. He doesn’t take long with repairs either. Because he is thorough, though, charges a fair price, and people like him, don’t expect them to be able to turn you around in the same day. Keep that in mind when it comes to scheduling.

My car needed a water pump. I looked on line and found Complete Car Care. Lisa the respectionist very pleasant. The owner what can I say very honest. I would recommend 👌 him. He will definitely be the person that I will trust with my vehicle again and my family vehicle. He even fix my senor for my tire just because. I left and he notices a spot of coolant on the ground he asked me to come back just to make sure everything was fine 🙂. Eric you rock there are still good honest people and you are one of them. It’s nice to be able to trust someone to take care of your vehicle. Eric is honest and explains in detail about what needs to done. Plus he knew I was getting ready to travel so he fix me into his schedule at the last minute.
