Ok guys, all these fantastic reviews are 100% accurate! I just had a great experience with Dimitri and his team. I recently bought a 2019 E450 Mercedes wagon and this was my first time back after Mercedes specialist Matt Sherick retired. Matt and Conlon’s helped me take care of numerous older Mercs for more than 20 years. Owner Dimitri and service advisor Alex are very worthy successors to Matt. From start to finish, this was a really great customer experience, with excellent communication re service needs, parts costs, and alternative options. In short, I’m thrilled to be back in a Mercedes, and delighted to be back in the capable hands of Dimitri and his team.

I had the annual servicing of my Porsche Cayenne done at Conlon’s Automotive recently. Conlon’s did an excellent job with the servicing: they completed the recommended servicing and also checked various items listed on the official Porsche checklist as items to be tracked. There were No negative surprises - which is a huge plus in the context of auto repair experiences. Overall Dimitri and his staff did an outstanding and prompt job. I plan to continue to take my Porsche to them as well my Mercedes Benz.

Dmitri and his team are not only excellent mechanics but really wonderful to work with. I came in initially simply to purchase an oil additive from them and after a discussion with Dmitri I decided to change my me choc I’d been going to for years and come solely to Conlon’s. I’m precious about my car (though it is 17 years old) and found a very caring team at Conlon’s. No upselling on unnecessary bells and whistles, just honest work. Highly recommend.

I had my daughter’s 20 year old Toyota evaluated for repairs! They gave me a complete estimate which made me decide whether the car was worth the expense to fix it. The estimate was very thorough and detailed! The opinion was very honest! I have been dealing with them for the past six years and I will continue to have my maintenance done there.
