He is most certainly convenient!. Always on time and prepared and Very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. I have used this mechanic for my 1997 Sentra which I actually sold and now for my BMW. Very straightforward with pricing and I love that I never have to wait days and days to pick my car up. A+.

Poor communication. The appointment was scheduled at 11 am, and he did not take respond to my messages/calls until 3 pm, then he told me that he cannot get to work on my car until tomorrow because his previous work took longer. I understand it is hard to estimate the time it takes to fix an issue, but I would have looked for other place if I knew he could not get it done on the day as I was in hurry. I do not recommend if you are looking for a prompt service and good communication.
