Cook Auto Service Department never disappoints. I have had a lot of cars in my lifetime and have visited many service depts, but I have never experienced such great service. Have been a customer for 4+ years now and Sean Climer and team are always so efficient and never disappoints. AND FRANK is the icing on the cake! I'm due for a new car soon and like many brands, but the Cook service dept. will be one of the main reasons for that new car to again be a Mazda. Highly recommend this dealership and service department!

I was going to buy 2020 Dodge Durango GT AWD plus today. And I spoke with a salesman this morning and told me that it was available and I said, I have to get few things done today. And I told him where I was coming from almost an hour away.And so he was going to bring the car to meet me halfway, but never call me so when I got to the dealership around 4pm he told me that car was just sold.. I was furious and held my composure, and so I tried to call them to talk to the store manager or someone then the salesman.It just went right to voicemail.And pretty much that's what I expected from this dealership.. I certainly hope the owner does read this or the reviews because this is definitely unacceptable an unprofessional business practice. Ohh, and so the salesman told me first come first serve very nonchalantly...

My husband recently purchased an Infiniti I30 from Cook Mazda, we met with Nick Bratton who was phenomenal, he was very courteous, he answered all our questions, and took care of all our needs, he went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and wha we could afford. I would recommend Cook Automotive and Nick Bratton if you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle.

From the beginning to end Jaden Richardson was the absolute Best! My husband and I had been out most of the day feeling that we had wasted time at another well known Mazda dealership that we had an appointment and arranged to look and test drive a vehicle. At the well known dealership it seemed that games were being played and Our time was being wasted, but to put the icing on the cake the car in which we were interested is was a hot mess and did not start, Ref Flag! On to the next dealership another well known establishment which was much better but by the time we got there I was tired of looking and hungry so we searched the lot but I wanted to take my time and purchase exactly what I was looking for so being we were tired and hungry we decided to go get something to eat. After a bite to eat my husband said let’s go one more place, let’s go to Cook’s Automotive in Aberdeen. Reluctantly I agreed. It was 5:45 we called to see if the dealership was still open. When a very nice big energy sounding young man answered the phone we asked what time did they closed? He answered at 6. We asked about a specific vehicle and his response was let me check to see if it’s still in inventory. After a brief hold Jaden returned to the line to let us know that Yes the vehicle was in inventory and if we wanted to see and test drive it he would wait for us to get there. We were about 20 minutes away making arrival time 6:20 p.m. Not only did Jaden have the car we were interested available but once we got there he made another car available to test drive as well. Jaden, Matt and 2 others stayed way over 2 hours after closing to insure that we were comfortable with our decision making and the process of making our purchase. We ended up purchasing a 2023 Snowflake White Signature Mazda CX9. Even after I got the vehicle home and noticed a small crack in the face of the center console they had us bring the cat back to replace it and sent us a video once the repair was made. They even gave us a loaner so I could get to work so that I didn’t have to sit all day. Ian super satisfied with the overall experience thus far and I am definitely referring Jaden and the Cook’s Automotive in Aberdeen to everyone I know for all their car shopping needs. Of all the car buying I’ve done, this was the BEST ever! Thank you again Jaden Richardson!
