Great service with a local/small town feel. Duane & Angie helped me figure out the best fix for my car when I slid into a curb (tires were overdue). When I took my car to them, they explained the options while considering the age & mileage of my car.

I took my Volvo to the dealership and they reported that I had a leak in the tube for the windshield wiper fluid. They gave me a quote that truly made my jaw drop. A friend of mine referred me to Cooper's. I called and was given an appointment date and time immediately. When I came to drop off the car, they were organized and ready for me. They said they would call me with a recommendation and quote before doing any repairs. When they called, the price was much more reasonable than the Volvo dealership. They also told me that tube needed to be replaced, and once the work started, they might find that the fluid bottle would also need to be replaced. They later called me back and said "good news - the fluid bottle is fine, no need to replace it." The car was fixed within about 24 hours. The experience could not have been better - they are organized, communicate in simple terms for those of us who aren't car mechanics, called with a quote, and got the work done promptly. They are nice people who truly care and don't try to twist your arm to have other things fixed that aren't broken. Their shop is 40 minutes from my house, but I will continue to go to them from here on out - this is the best repair experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them!
