This location makes a fraudulent storage charge scheme, and it looks like they are working with transportation companies to defraud buyers with storage. Purchased vehicle at their location, paid for it, and ordered delivery. The delivery company did not pick up the car on the date it was promised and stopped answering calls nad text. Rescheduled delivery appointment with this copart location to avoid storage charges. Called and told them to cancel previus transportation company and no matter what, don't release the car to them. And guess what happens, 3 days later, instead of delivering the car to us, they are relesed car to the transportation company we asked not relese car to. After we called this location and explained what happened, they said now since the car was picked up by somebody else instead of their driver, we have to pay a storage fee of $25 daily, and until it's paid, it will be automaticaly charge us $25 a day. We have been working with Copart for 20 years and have never seen something like this. Be very careful with this location!

My experience with Copart has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. On my first visit to retrieve my personal belongings from my vehicle, I waited over an hour. During that visit, a rosary that had been hanging from my rear-view mirror was missing and appears to have been stolen. To make matters worse, Copart mailed my license plates to the wrong individual, and I later received plates that did not belong to me. This is a serious error. It has now been three weeks, and I am still waiting for my correct tags to be mailed to me. Because of these mistakes, I have been unnecessarily inconvenienced and delayed, all due to negligence that was entirely out of my control. I expected far better handling of personal property and vehicle documentation from a company that operates at this level.

I wish a zero rating was possible. On multiple visits the staff has been rude and what should have been a 5 minute visit lasted almost an hour. Literally just came in to pick up a plate. There was no line and no one waiting. 10 people at cubicles and several others in their offices and no one even says hello or acknowledged I was waiting. I checked in...no greeting at all from a single person, no one even working the desk. 25 minutes into the visit I asked if someone was available to assit and was told to wait. There was a single metal folding chair in the waiting area. The place is just a joke. I mean...read the rest of the comments/reviews...they seem to speak for themselves.

I have had very mixed experiences here. Some good, some not so good, and some awful. It really depends on the day, the person you interact with, and seemingly luck of the draw.

1 Star, only because you can't give zero! Walked in today only to drop off a sealed envelope with our vehicle title per the instructions of our insurance provider. No one bothered to get up from their cubicle to accept the envelope. Instead, I was rudely instructed to go outside and follow the instructions on the door. Copy a URL in order to check in as a guest and then wait in my car until I was called. Once again, I explained, "I am just dropping off an envelope." It just so happened that a woman walking by accepted the envelope, and I was on my way. If this were my company I would send the staff to Charm School.
