I had my tires changed at this location last year, and two of them developed leaks. I brought them back for repair. My appointment was at 2:30 pm, but I dropped off the car around 2:10 pm. I was sitting in the customer service area when the service writer gave the ticket to a mechanic named Julien. It took him more than an hour and a half to even start working on my car. He put the car on the lift, went outside, came back in, and then stood around in the customer service area talking to other people. Meanwhile, other technicians finished their assignments quickly. This was a terrible experience, and the service still wasn't finished when I left. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you need your vehicle serviced promptly. It took more than 2 hours to finalize, and they gave me back my car at 4:30 pm.

Prices for tires are great. However, do not believe your tires will be changed at appointment time. They started 2 hours and 20 minutes after appointment time. Then they said they could not find the wheel lock (which for this car model is stored in the trunk, which they refused to open) and then said I needed to come back another day. It has not been a fun experience.

Extremely disappointed. We were told it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to install two tires and that was with an appointment. When we returned to check on the status, we were told it’d be “another hour,” but the car hadn’t even been touched; it was still parked in the same spot. If you can’t honor appointment times or provide accurate estimates, what’s the point of scheduling one? Please respect customers’ time and be transparent about wait times.

Our appointment was at 10:45 and we arrived at 10:30 to drop off the car. Three hours later and tons of attitude from the front desk later, the car was finally ready. Don't come here if you expect timely or friendly service.

Like many recent reviews, service at this center is getting worse and worse, the schedule is getting out of control. I dropped my car at 3:20 (scheduled appointment), when I came back check at 5:30, the car is still on the parking lot, the staff checked and said the car is still in the system, they are behind schedule and there are cars in front of me, promised to get it done in one and half hour. I came back at 7:10, the car is still parked and not touched. I’m so disappointed and the staff can’t explain how it happened. So I just waste my 4 hours and have nothing done at the Costco tire center. Costco really need to listen to customers’ complaints and address the staff and scheduling problems, or we’ll be hesitant to come back to buy tires here.
