Fair pricing, honest, and so considerate. By far the best servicing experience I’ve had. And as a woman, very respectful experience from inquiry, to drop off, to pick up. Been looking for a local shop. A Reddit thread lead me to Country Dubs and I am so grateful that things proved well. My new independent specialist spot and I’d suggest to any and all VW owners.

Visited Country Dubs for the first time, but certainly will not be my last. When they sent me the estimate electronically, I was able to review the necessary services as well as some options that they recommended. The system was really easy to use, and my car was done very quickly. Also, their prices are very reasonable and might even be a little bit better than some of the small mom and pop shops that don’t specialize in German cars. When I picked up my car, one of the owners spent about 15 minutes talking with me, and I got the impression that they truly care about their clients. It’s more than just a job for them. I also learned that they offer a night drop as well as a night pick up, in the event that you were not able to go there during their business hours, which is super convenient for those who have typical 9 to 5 work hours. Guys at Country Dubs are super knowledgeable and do great work. Dont hesitate to take any vw/audi to them. They also have expertise on vw diesels which is kinda hard to find. If you work on some of your own stuff they are a great resource as well. 10 stars...

I can't thanks enough Zach and the staff at Country Dubs for helping me to fix my GTI. Zack explained thoroughly what is happening to my car, and the best way to fix the problem. Someone asked me why did I drive 86 miles from where I live to Country Dubs to get my car fix, the answer is simple. I TRUST THEM

This shop is top notch! Zach and Nate are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. I cannot express enough how much they helped us. Their pricing was far better than our dealership quote, and they went above and beyond to explain each step of the repair. In the end, they saved us thousands of dollars (no exaggeration). We live 1 hour away from this shop, but we will be back for all future VW care!!
