This shop is honest, reasonably priced, and not intimidating —especially as a woman going in alone. They helped me with my jeep compass. They were respectful, explained the work clearly, and never tried to upsell me. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Once upon a time, I guess I could say they were all right. But now like most places understaffed But will keep bringing in customers out of greed. And they need money to I guess keep the spot opened. So okay. Fine, they do what they have to do. As an establishment, customers do what customers have to do and take our money elsewhere. I don't know why things went south cuz back in like 2021 on google they had 4 stars i could see that trickle down.

Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind when I think of my experience at Covey's. I was able to be serviced in less than an hour and on my way home. They will treat you right, this was the best experience with an auto shop I have ever had.

They went above and beyond my expectations. DMV picked apart my older vehicle for inspection, and they advised me what to do and fix it. Now I’m tagged And on the road again. A+ ++.

Awful communication. Brought my car in for brakes and rotors. They told me I also should have the tires done, which I knew I needed to do in the near term, so I agreed to have them do those as well. They told me they'd have the tires in on Monday morning, and it would be ready for pick up Monday night. I had to call them several times that day to inquire when I could pick it up. The younger woman behind the desk continued to assure me I could get the car that evening. 4:30pm rolls around and I still had not heard from them. Called and they said they didn't get it done, and that "it's not her fault they had call outs and only one mechanic". Listen, I understand things happen, people call out, but why the absolutely lack of communication and crappy attitude? Especially since I called several times that day, and I could have been informed that there would likely be a delay. Instead she spat false promises all day to me. When my husband called, the young woman on the phone cussed him out. That should have been our final straw with them, unfortunately we brought a different vehicle there for work and another terrible experience. Will NEVER be a customer there again.
