I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others. I went in for a state inspection. The staff was disorganized and some of them very rude , including the owner. The communication was non-existent from the start. no clear instructions — just silence unless I chased them down myself. When I asked questions, I got attitude in return. they tried to upsell me on unnecessary “repairs” that other mechanics later confirmed were totally made up. It’s clear this place is more interested in making a quick buck than providing honest service. To make things worse, the owner was extremely unprofessional. Rude, dismissive, and acted like he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. At one point, he actually raised his voice when I calmly asked for clarification about the inspection results. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business. There are plenty of honest, respectful places out there — this is not one of them. Save yourself the stress and take your car elsewhere.

Fast friendly service. These guys got me in(without an appointment) and Maryland state inspection done quickly and efficiently. They repaired safety issues in a very timely manor. They also do title and registration which is great.

Rude!!! Call and didn't even give me a chance to speak just because he could see the number that was calling he was Rude with no maners and just hang up on me. I just wanted to get my trucks inspection done.

Naghman Ali is very rude,and his attitude is nasty he did a inspection for my car and he didn’t give me back the proper paperwork for the inspection I had to come back for the inspection report and he still wants to argue about it..he sounds dumb to me because he should know the difference between inspection report and a receipt.i don’t recommend this place.go somewhere to do your inspection and save yourself from disrespect and waste of time.
