Was rear ended and went through their insurance which offered crash champions as a repair shop. It was absolutely seamless. I was very happy with the whole process. I went in and was taken care of quickly and checked on a few times while I had a short wait for my rental car. They were very transparent about the repairs being done and what stage my car was as well as eta for completion. It was done earlier than expected, picked it up and am very happy with the work. Thank you for making an awful situation right before the holidays a little more bearable.

Crash Champions was wonderful to deal with and their communication during the entire process of assessing the damage, ordering parts, and repairs was exceptional. Crash Champions did an amazing job, both in the actual repair itself, and in keeping me updated on the repair effort. During the repair time, I was kept updated extremely well via text and phone during the whole process. They finished our repair a week early as well! Would highly recommend them to everyone!
