This was the place that my insurance worked with closest to where I live when I had a crash that ended in a total loss. They were super friendly and honest. They gave me a realistic timescale of when they could do the evaluation and then completed everything exactly when they said. They were really nice and gave me good advice. I 100% recommend them in your time of need; no issues, no weird fees, complete transparency in the evaluation.

Very professional, Danny my estimator was great, Scott was professional as all could be, heather answered all my questions. Repairs turned out good! On time! Scott called the day before pick up to let me know the total was $19 and some change less than estimated! 2.5 week turn around time

My car was damaged in a parking lot and USAA had recommended crash champions and i can see why! I couldn’t be happier, the customer service was amazing from start to finish. They notified me and insurance every step of the way! They worked quickly and finished before schedule! Made everything very easy, Heather was very knowledgeable and professional. Also my car came out perfect, it looks better now then when i bought it. I would recommend crash champions to everyone!

Crash Champions repaired my vehicle in October 2024 after I struck a deer on an early Sunday morning. I dropped the vehicle off that Tuesday and was advised that repair would take up to 10 days. After 6 days, I received a call that repairs were completed. Very pleased with all work and customer service. For some reason, I did not complete a review last year. Fast forward to this afternoon when I backed into a concrete parking bumper up at Calvert Cliffs. I took a look under the car and saw that I had broken both clips securing the bumper assembly. I was not looking forward to dropping the vehicle off at the dealership and decided to swing by Crash Champions on my way home. Heather remembered me from last year and was snapping photos of the damage within 5 minutes. Before I knew it, Scott was underneath my vehicle installing new clips. After 15 minutes, all repairs were complete and I was on my way - can't thank you guys enough - you're the best!
