Was recommended to go here for my insurance claim and I’m glad I did. This collision center is amazing! They gave me updates regularly and were upfront with everything. My car looks fantastic, brand new even! It is like my deer collision never happened. I will be returning for any future work needed for my vehicles. Highly recommend!

The car came back worse than it was when it went in, the engine has a horrible misfire, the bumper is misaligned, the communication was atrocious and the customer service was on par with North Korea. They claimed Gieco would not allow for repairs, yet one phone call revealed that agie I told them to take the truck to the dealer, and they instead chose to "send it to the guy out back" exact wording from my adjuster. So now I get to take it to the dealer after 2 months of it being at this location. To give them credit a year ago they were amazing, 5 stars, this time -3.

Great experience here. The whole team took care of me and my car; can't recommend them enough. Shane and Jackie made scheduling the repair a breeze and the painters, Josh and Tyler, did a phenomenal job paint matching the quarter panel/rear bumper. Thanks guys!

Very lovely customer service from Kristen at front desk. Very informative and very pleasant. Got my vehicle back in a timely manner. It's been cleaner than it's ever been. Smells amazing and very shiny and well cleaned. I'm so happy with everything they have done with my vehicle. I truly recommend the crash champions in Mechanicsville md. They do top notch work. I hit a deer on my way to work early on a Tuesday morning. They were able to get me in the next morning to drop my car off. This was the first accident I had ever had and feeling worried about weather my car was fixable or not. When I went and dropped off everyone there was so nice and helpful. They kept me updated on the process of my car and made pick up and drop off a very smooth. They handled a bulk of the communicating between my insurance company and the rental car company while my car was getting fixed and they would update me on everything that happened so that I wasn’t left out of the loop, but also so I didn’t have the stress of playing phone tag with everyone. They really took the stress of worrying away because I could tell they had my back. All around great company. Plus I think they vacuumed out my car for me because it was not that clean when I dropped it off. It was a very nice touch to see they went the extra mile and did that for me. If I could I’d give them 10 stars.
