I'm extremely happy with the service and repairs recieved at Crash Champions Collision. Mike made me feel at ease, answering all my concerns about the repairs. When my car was finished the front end look brand new. Beautiful body and paint work. Thank You

Excellent service! My car needed paint work and delicate sensor repairs. They quoted me 10 days but had it back to me in four. The team is professional, fast, and clearly cares about their customers—they even gave me a lift home when my ride fell through. I hope I don't need a body shop again soon, but if I do, this is the only place I’m going

Rating: 10/10 I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the repair and the customer service I received. I first stopped by Crash Champions to get an out-of-pocket quote, and Jessica’s professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness immediately stood out—so much so that when I decided to go through insurance, I insisted on returning to work with her. The team exceeded all expectations. Mike went above and beyond walking me through every detail, getting everything approved through insurance, and even completing the repair in just a few days when the initial estimate was two weeks. My truck looks incredible, and I can tell the team takes true pride in their work. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience, and I’ll absolutely be recommending Crash Champions to others.

Recently dropped of my 2025 GMC Yukon Denali at Crash Champions in Waldorf for repairs from an accident. The vehicle was there for a little over a month for the repairs to be completed and once I got it back I noticed that the passenger side doors were installed improperly and were noticeably out of alignment and the rear door wasn’t able to be opened from the inside. The inside of the vehicle was dirty from the time in the shop with a thin coating of white dust over everything. When I returned the vehicle I was told that it would be fixed the same day and returned. The same day turned into another week, at which point I was told that a part needed to be ordered and it would take more time to repair. I was also informed that the reason for the new part was due to a technician damaging one of the original parts while making the repairs. I asked that the vehicle be returned to me while the part was enroute. A week later I called and was told that the part had arrived and could be installed. I returned the vehicle and was told it would be fixed the same day and returned. While the door does open now, there are warning lights stating that there are issues with the calibration of the doors. At this point I demanded that my vehicle be returned at once. When I entered the vehicle I noticed that some molding and factory pieces were missing. Also, a piece of the seat assembly was laying in the floor when I got inside to leave. This is completely unacceptable and shameful. This is a brand new vehicle and the expectation is that it be returned to factory condition upon completion. This vehicle was in arguably better condition when I dropped it off for repairs than when I demanded it be returned after a total of 6 weeks. I would recommend any potential customers avoid Crash Champions at all costs.

I recently had my car serviced at Crash Champions and had a great experience. My service advisor, Kerin, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. The communication was smooth, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I’m very happy with the quality of the work done and would gladly return in the future.
