We were in the middle of a road trip with our toddler and had some car issues. They took us in right away and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours! They were very honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

I had the unfortunate experience that I needed my vehicle repaired in a hurry Call multiple places and nobody was able to help me. Richard was not only friendly when I called but also super helpful. Additionally, he completed the work efficiently and appropriately. If you need work done to your vehicle, I highly suggest that you utilize this place. As a woman I generally get pushback from almost every mechanic regarding what is wrong with my car not only didn’t he not argue with me. he fixed what was wrong Did not try to oversell me and did it within a reasonable price. Very pleased with this honest mechanic and that’s hard to find. Thanks again for helping me

One day last month I stopped to have my tire looked at for a flat. I walked in three white men were in a discussion at the left desk. I waited for, Can I help you? There was none. Totally ignored me. I stood there for almost 2 min. finally, I said excuse me I've got a flat tire "Oh you need Robert" I've had tires put and multiple estimates. Robert had no problem helping me. Subtle racist act 2025. I can only suspect that the owner was one of those men. "A racist act against one is a racist act against all." I don't believe Crenshaw Auto Repair is rascist, however that day, " they were rascist to me.". Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere. Have your own opinion

This repair shop was recommended by a co-worker, so I figured I would give them a shot. I'm glad I did! I was able to drop off my car at 7:30am and within 30 minutes, they gave me a call to tell me what the problem was and the estimated cost. They asked me before they did the work if I wanted them to complete it. I was impressed with this. I felt like they were not trying to take advantage of a situation , considering I am a woman and know nothing about cars. Within an hour, they called to tell me that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. My car is like new again. Everyone was super friendly and the price was reasonable. Thank you!! : )
