I own a 2015 Fiat that had a recall that was checked as completed in 2016. The part had not been replaced in 2016. My Criswell service representative, Buckey, was willing to take on this problem and resolved it for me. The part was replaced at no cost. Buckey was the best service rep I’ve ever worked with. I saw him helping other customers while waiting for my repairs. He treats everyone equally well. He is a true professional . I have already recommended him to others.
