Hands-down, one of the best dealers I’ve ever dealt with. They made it extremely simple and easy to do business with them. Their follow up was unmatched. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come to this dealership. Definitely worth the drive for me. A Great Sales Experience and I was Mr. Roy's 1000th Customer. I bought a '25 Mojave X Gladiator in the 1941 green from here. The pricing, the trade allowance, the price on the extended warranty,= the overall process was good. I like the steps taken by Mr. Roy of the truck prep in the delivery stall, and the way he was personally involved helping transfer my personal items from my last truck to the current one. He even caught my steering wheel cover after I did a final check! A pleasant experience overall!

After two failed sales from dealerships in the area with unethical business practices (Safforf in Va and Keene in MD) we lucked out with Criswell. The team was outstanding, no pretentiousness, no hard sale, extremely professional and amiable. It was an incredible experience and reestablished our faith in the car buying process. Excellent experience from my point of view! Erick my salesman gave me exceptional insight! I started looking at my truck online before I ever went to the dealership and when we were through with everything the e-price was just about what I paid out the door (only exception was my trade in was older and didn’t get that incentive). Eric the finance manager was also exceptional, gave me no pressure and just facts before we signed everything and I was out of the dealership in under 3 hours total (that was to test drive, negotiate price, apply for financing and detail the truck before I drive it off the lot) I was impressed with Criswell and would recommend them to anyone.
