The manager, Tyler and Stephanie are super amazing people. Very professional and patient with customer care about their truck. Their mechanics are even better. Most trusted ram trucks, certified technicians and managers in this building. Very honest. Thought I had a major sensor problem or a cat problem with the exhaust turned out to be such a quick issue to fix at no charge. Loyalty goes along way honesty is even better. This location has earned my respect.

I had some custom work and a suspension lift installed here. Tyler Witt and his band of merry mechanics took care of business! It is the only place I've taken my Jeep to since then. Go see Tyler and tell him Demetrius sent you!

It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership service center had major work done to my vehicle. They were excellent on keeping me updated on what was happening and what time frames looked like. They were very open to my inquiries as well as allowing me to check on the damages done to the vehicle. I had to have a head replaced on a 70,000 mile 2020 Ram ProMaster cost of nearly $8,000 covered by warranty. The service team was excellent in getting the warranty company to pay for all of the work done.

I run an electrical contracting company in the area and have bought multiple trucks from Criswell thru the years. I currently have a 2016 Chevy Cutaway box truck with a transmission completely shot at 79k miles. I took the truck in to Criswell before the warranty was up at approx. 59k miles with a transmission slipping and have documentation of same. They didn't experience the same issue and said drive the truck there is nothing wrong with it. So that is what we did. Now we have a truck down that makes us 2k per day. Contacted them and was told to bring it in and they would help us. After 4 weeks of playing the numbers game with me the only help from GM and Criswell was 250.00 on a 5K job. GM and Criswell know they have a problem with these transmissions and we provided them with good service history records for verification that the transmission was serviced as required. After many weeks I met with the service director and was completely shut down and was told that I would be getting no help from Criswell or GM. If I was going to give this review a 2 star it would only be for the fact that Tyler Witt in my eyes did try his best to help me. I guess GM and Criswell aren't worried about honest people trying to run a business with a GM product that they represent. I would not buy from a business that will not totally 100% support there product whether its good for there bottom line or not

Highly recommend. They bent over backwards to identify a steering issue I had. Turns out I had defective tires which I got at a different local tire shop. I ended up getting new tires from from Criswell and they did not charge me for all the work they did to identify the issue. I will be using this shop for all my future truck work.
