I took the Stelvio in for its annual service, and also had the Cilajet treatment reapplied, as it has been more than 5 years since the initial application. The car looks and runs great! Erick was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

To be honest i went in for a oil change and asked to get my charging port checked to see if there was a issue with a fuse or something else but instead i got called up to get told i had about 4/5 things wrong that needed to be fixed that was over about 8k that I didn’t ask about and never got a answer for what I actually came in for. My bill was told to me to be one thing but when I presented that i had a coupon on check out they added things that didn’t have a explanation and i wasn’t given a actual $100 off the price. If my total with taxes before coupon is $365 then when the coupon is added my price shouldn’t be $309 and some change it should now be $265 but I was bamboozled. Also I asked for a list of the items they showed me was wrong so if i decided i wanted to get them done late they printed it out but took it back upon Che k out i even called once i notice they didn’t staple it to my receipt and was told it would be emailed never got the email then was told they can text it to me i only got a written down on paper of the items wrong not the actual form they showed me in office and still later never got that email they claim something was wrong with their email. After i asked what happened with them checking my charging port all of a sudden the tech that did it was gone to lunch and they’d call me once back i never got a call back. So my issue still isn’t resolved and mind you i had to drive a hour in a half just to get a oil change as most places won’t do my oil change because most do t carry foreign filters needed. Please do better with customer service

Omg. It was very professional. Reasonable pricing due to discount coupons. I used to go to Tysons corner area but horr.horrible service. This was my first time with Criswell and I would definitely go back.
