Family run and on the ball, excellent customer service. Had a leaking valve stem on a lifted F250 w/ 35" tires no one else locally wanted to touch or wouldn't address for over a week. Cross Roads took care of it nearly at closing time and saved me the pain of having to wait over a week to get in to a local shop that would deal w/ the large tires or go to Glen Burnie to 4WP or Mid-Atlantic 4x4.

The owner is a crook and thief. He pocketed money for the repairs from the insurance company and never fixed the car, delaying it first and then simply wouldn't even answer the phone. This have been going on from April and now it's September. Be very careful, the place is scam. I sent complaint to the Attorney General office and they're looking into it. I'm also in a process of filing a law suite. My advice - stay away from the place!
