We called THREE times to make sure they could fix a shock on our 35 foot RV and got a resounding yes, yes, yes every time. But when we drop it off they have no record of the RV or what work it needed. To top it off, they call us the next day and say it won’t fit on their lift. This is more than an hour from our house. Everybody was nice but talk about wasted time and energy.
