I had an excellent first experience at this location. The owner's wife was extremely accommodating and she was able to schedule my car for the day that I had requested. She worked with my crazy schedule too and I was able to get my car back at the time I had requested. The owner called me with an update and even went over things once I arrived to get my car. I would highly recommend!

Called for advice on a car problem was met with an extremely rude older man who spoke to me like a child. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not go here. I am a college student who is dealing with their first winter storm and was seeking advice. I do not understand the hostility that I received on that phone call, but I hope he does not speak to other customers that way. I may be young, but I did not deserve to be met with such a condescending tone and being spoken to like I was his own ignorant child. I’m was just trying to get my car to work to get groceries. Be careful if you call, especially if you are younger. They will not like you.
