The team was great, and patient with managing my repair through my warranty company. Good communication and satisfied with the work they did fixing my Mazda CX5. Would definitely use them again.

Do not trust Cruiser Auto Repair shop, based on my experience. They gave me horrible advice that would have cost me $2,000 more than it should have. I went to Cruiser after getting a diagnosis of my 2010 Buick Lucerne from the Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP). It seemed to have an engine problem, and it was spitting out too many bad things from its tailpipe. After searching for an emissions expert through Google, I found the company was well-recommended on the web. When I reached Cruiser, the process started off well enough. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM on a Friday. A seemingly generous worker gave me assurances that the work on finding the emissions problem would be done quickly and thoroughly. I left expecting a call from them by the end of the day. Literally, no one from the shop called before they closed for Friday. Not only that, Cruiser has no Saturday hours, so I had no car through Monday! Thankfully, I had a cell phone number for one of the technicians, so I could communicate about the car. Yet, nothing was done on the car on Friday. There was no diagnostic work, no repairs, and no courtesy call to tell me why there was a delay. These were at least Strikes 1 & 2 against them. Then, when I received word from them about the needed repairs, they gave me a strange estimate of cost for TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,200!) on a car that was driving fine... but had failed a basic emissions check. I look at the bill, and it said it needed new head gasket seals, and it needed air conditioner parts replaced. These all seemed unsettlingly difficult to fix. I quickly tried to get off the phone to find a second opinion. However, the person on the line said, "These are the repairs that a car this old needs." After getting off the call, I realized that this quotation implied this EMISSIONS EXPERT hadn't even plugged the car into the Emissions Diagnostic tools! I paid them eighty dollars ($80) and moved on. After getting the car back, I took it to a location of Wilson's Goodyear in Crofton (WG), a place my father has trusted to positive effect. Within two hours of dropping off the car, I called them back. I spoke with a representative who asked, "What 'Check Engine' Light was going off in the car?" I said it wasn't a light; it was an emissions check. WG said, "Was it back six (6) months ago?" Well, it was actually nine (9) months ago, I said. WG said, "Wow, that's weird, because we plugged the car into the Diagnostic System, and IT'S COMING UP WITH NOTHING WRONG" (Caps Mine for Emphasis). I went to VEIP that night, got it rechecked, and I passed the emissions test! So, don't trust Cruiser... they will take your money without really working any changes!

Took vehicle in for AC repair, was covered under Maxcare plan from Carmax. They took care of everything, even gave me back my car while waiting for parts (which was very nice) it has been almost 6 months - 1 year since the repair and everything works great. I paid them my deductible and carmax maxcare took care of the rest.
