Very poor customer service.. there generators have issues and they will find any excuse not to cover under their warranty

Had an issue with my generator. Made an appointment and dropped off my unit on time. Was quoted 2-3 days until I hear something but I was never contacted. I called and the rep said itโ€™ll be a couple weeks because itโ€™s just a drop off. Well it wasnโ€™t a drop off it was an appointment, after talking to the mgr they agreed to expedite it. Well I just got a call that they found a frayed wire that burned a wire nut so they peeled back to the fresh wire and replaced the wire nut which is a .25 cent part. Total came out to $1440โ€ฆโ€ฆ.thieves! Iโ€™m an electrician and it most likely took 20-30 minutes to trace out the problem then 10 minutes to fix and total parts are a quarter and they charge $1440!!!!! Completely ridiculous. Iโ€™ll find a different generator repair from now on.

Worst customer service experience thanks to Tim. They had issues with credit card payments, and told me that I need to pay Cash. I asked if I can pay with wire transfer, zele, check, cash app, fill out a credit card for and they can charge when the system will work (I have a business account with them) , but they wanted only Cash...and Tim was taking the part with him acting like he was afraid that I might still it... When I came back with cash he gives me a receipt but it says payed with credit, even it was paid cash...
