JDL was great! Being owned by POC is just a plus! I ordered my parts and they did labor same day! Few mishaps as far what I was quoted vs what the total came out to be. I think only 1 person should handle the quoting in its totality. I was contacted outside of business hrs a couple times previously but when I contacted them outside of business hours with a question, I was told it was outside of business hrs. I think sticking to business hours overall for any communication to create that culture and expectation for customers will make it better, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

The service was horrible. These people were extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman working at the desk had no knowledge on anything, and never responded to my calls. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Giving them one star is me being kind.
