On 02/15/2025 I dropped my car off to the service center due to a burning smell. I received a text with the so called problem a gasket by the engine was leaking received a video of it. I accepted the service and signed for it. Upon picking my car up the guy explain he fix the problem. When I arrive home I thought my car was on fire the burning smell was the same as when I dropped it off to the dealership. I contacted the dealership they explained to me a plastic bag was on my tail pipe. Which made me believe someone drove my car without my consent. Before dropping off at the dealership I had a mechanic lift it up to see if the leakage was under neath it surely if he seen a bag he would have said oh maybe this the problem but no. The worker at the dealership sent me a text for everything they found but this plastic bag incident. I spoke to him that day to confirm I wanted the work done he said nothing about a plastic bag stuck to a pipe. A charger scat pack should never smell burn and vehicle at that. Another thing if someone spends more than 1,500 at your service center please have the courtesy to either wash or clean the vehicle. I was going to drop my other dodge off but that one may leave with a suspicious problem as well. Bad service here I usually go to Va but decide to support my neighborhood dealership and now my car might be permanently damage due to service at this location. I have sent several emails and attempted to contact the manager I will keep trying until I reach someone. This location give you gas station service if you have a car you love don’t take it here.
