I can truly say the Assistant Service Manager, Antonio Figueroa gave me exceptional customer service. I was in a bind, didn't know how I was going to get to work. My truck's battery was dead, they were backed up but he managed to fit me in. Found the solution to my problem. Truly professional, caring and attentive. The service was so good, I'm coming back to buy my next jeep. I would definitely recommend this location and make sure you ask for Antoni.

The service quality was good. However, be very careful about what you’re charged for, especially if you don’t review the invoice closely. I later discovered I was billed for tire disposal even though no tires were changed. Always double-check your bill before paying.

Service managers like Anthony are the reason that I continue to bring my Jeep to this location. He was very professional in explaining the maintenance work that needed to be done and helped me to prioritize what should be addressed sooner than later. He took the initiative to do the legwork needed to address a warranty item and exceeded my expectations by having the item replaced during this maintenance visit, instead of having me schedule another visit to have the warranty item replaced. He kept me informed of the progress via text and was respectful of my time by giving me ample notice that the repairs would extend into a second day. I am truly a satisfied customer. I had such a great experience stopping by the Darcars Dodge dealership in Silver Spring. I recently picked up my new Hornet from a different dealership about an hour away. When I got in the car, the change oil light was on—something the other dealer told me would just go away. Spoiler: it didn’t. I decided to stop by my local Dodge dealership in Silver Spring, and I’m so glad I did. Anthony immediately let me know the light shouldn’t have been on, checked the oil levels, and reset it for me—quick and easy. He even took the time to remove the other dealer’s logo from my car, which I really appreciated. While I was there, Sean (or Shaun—sorry if I got the spelling wrong!) showed me how to use the electric chargers. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and taken care of, which really stood out compared to my experience at the dealership where I bought the car. This will definitely be my go-to dealership moving forward. Highly recommend!
