Yesterday 1/22/2025 - I went in for an estimate on my damaged Lexus ES350. I was greeted warmly by Yuri who came to speak to me with a pleasant smile. He was very patient explaining everything clearly to me about what should be expected based on the written estimate. It was an awesome customer-friendly experience. If you need to have repair done, be sure to go there for your bodywork needs.

I’ve had a car repair in the darcars dealer Lanham It was a body shop repair. He took about a month when I went to get the car It was scratched they didn’t take responsibility I end up paying out of my pocket and the staff there is very rude Photo photo photo photo

My insurance paid to get my repairs done .. I figured DarCars would be perfect because I have their product (Jeep) and they will know what’s going on… ABSOLUTELY NOT! I have had to return my vehicle multiple times, I’m over 1.5 hours away from the dealership.. they didn’t even do a full inspection of my vehicle.. Absolutely ridiculous! So now I have to travel back to this location because they didn’t put a bulb that’s required in the state of Maryland . I’m so upset ! Will not recommend!

My vehicle was dropped off for repair mid January, I finally was able to pick it up April 9th. I received no communication unless I called. Everytime I called I felt as though I was being a bother to them. The repairs are sub-par at best.
