My bumper was loose when they so-called finished the repair, so the manager ordered a new bumper so I brought my car back to swap bumpers and it’s still loose on both sides. I only brought my car here, because Geico my insurance company recommended this place and it is very close to home. But, I surly wouldn’t recommend and would go somewhere else that I know who does an excellent job. I would’ve rated a 1 star but I did have a good conversation with the manager so his costumer service is what boosted it a star.

This was a great car repair experience. Quite professional and the work was great. Larry Bowman, the customer contact, kept me informed the entire time on the status of the repair, cost, etc. I think the cost was reasonable, and the wait time was acceptable.

These people have had my brother's car for 1 month! No updates on when the car will be ready! This girl that answers the phone has an attitude! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! The girl that answers the phone refused to put the manager on the phone for an update and then told me to have a nice day before disconnecting the call !
