The quality of the work was outstanding. My issue is lack of commitment to communication. My estimate took 3 weeks my repairs to 8 weeks. I received several different pick up dates, but my car wasn’t ready. After, week 5 of car pick up roulette, I was informed the delay was due to availability of parts. If that was communicated I would’ve been understanding.

The shop did not complete my repairs. I got a flat back right tire 30min after leaving the collision center with my “completed” vehicle. Despite the repairs being to the back right of my vehicle. No one called back even after weeks of calling and leaving voicemails for an update about my repairs.
