Jonathan W was my adjuster. I am super appreciative of his thorough communication with me, the insurance company, and even Enterprise. The repairs were done very timely and I got my car back quicker than expected. I brought my Lexus NX350 here because Darcars Collision Center was one of the preferred vendors for the insurance company and they are Toyota certified. They really did a great job and I am happy to share this review!

Overall quite satisfied! The staff was pleasant and professional. The supervisor in charge of my case (Mr. dean) was always prompt with responses to questions and always kept me updated with the repair's progress. The car was completed a day earlier than promised as well, and came out of the shop looking as new, not insignificant considering the level of damage it sustained. Well done!

Great shop and they were very transparent with pricing and how the repair process was going to go. My car was fully repaired and you could barely tell that it was in an accident a month prior. The repair was exquisite and I was very impressed with the repair. Strongly strongly recommend Darcars collision center if you need repairs done.

This place is completely a scam. I had a few weeks of driving experience after my car was repaired. They replaced my front bumper, left side fender, left side suspension, some brake fluid hose, and the new left wheel, which includes a new rim, a new rotator, a new caliper, and new brake pads. First of all, this place took my old rim and tire and didn't give me anything back, so this place stole my money from me. Then, when they give me my car back, the front bumper and the hood have a big gap; somehow, they think that is a well-done repair and hand my car back to me. The first time I went back to this place, they told me they did their best; they couldn't do anything more than that, and it would not be as good as a factory car because this is just a body shop. They were not happy that I showed up, and they just put something to lift the front bumper up. The second time, I went back to tell them I felt this hood was going to be lifted up to smash my windowshied after I did a test drive on the highway. Finally, the third time I went back for the same issue, they checked again, and they found out there were some problems with it, which they did not discover during the inspection before repairing. My hood alignment is still not that good, but at least it wouldn't smash my windows after that. The front left fender parts have a corner missing painting; it got fixed after I went back the first time. They said they use all original parts from Mopar, but my left wheel has metal-on-metal scraching sounds, and this new rotator is way more rusty than the left side (the one from the dealership). Rust is all over my left side rim. Overall, I think this place is not professional and a huge scam. Parts I got from this place got really bad quality. my insurance, and I spent more than 7.6k dollars, and this is what I got. The craziest thing is that this is a certified body shop. I chose this place just because it is a certified body shop, by the results, I probably can get a way cheaper price from somewhere else. BTW, the same day I picked up my car, a driver picked up his car. After being repaired, he found out his backup camera doesn't work anymore. LOL Updates: I called Darcar customer service like what they asked and they told me to wait for a few days then they will contact back to me ,I have been waiting more than 6 weeks, still no answer from their customer service. Update on 06/15: New manager David Hinson absolutely took care of my car, He did a wonderful job with his team. I am very satisfied with the result that what they did on my car. They found out the radiator was damaged and they replaced with a new one for free, the panel has a little crack in the center and that’s the reason my bumper can’t be lift up properly. Also, there was a small dent on my car got removed for free. After I brought my car back home then I realized my coolant was a little bit low, I went to shop even got more coolant for free. Manager David is very approachable and knowledgeable. He showed me that how the real customer service should be . He remembers my name after the first time I spoke with him. I feel much welcomed . He told me that “make customer happy and satisfy with their cars are his greatest happiness.” Miss Mandy did great job too. I don’t know what type of experience that u had. But I truly believe that this New Manager will treat you and your car the right way. Go there to find out yourself. The reason for I only give 3 stars( it was 1 star) is just because previously experiences were terrible.

I was nervous about getting my brand-new Prius repaired after being rear-ended, but DARCARS Collision Center made the process easy. I chose them because they’re Toyota-certified and I trusted they’d do it right. Jonathan was excellent to work with — professional, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks like new again!
