The team here is wonderful. Had 2 repairs for my Lexus. Yes they did a fine job but i must note how nice they are. I recall the manager coming out of his office and making sure I was taken care of. The girls at front desk are exceptional. Katherine deserves a raise bc she is so responsive and is always trying to do things quickly and efficiently. My kind of gal. Thank you!!!!

I typically read reviews before choosing a service provider, and some of the reviews here are concerning. My car was originally expected to be ready today, and after not hearing back, I called the shop and was told it should be ready tomorrow. (Not a good thing when you have a rental car). This facility was recommended by the Lexus dealership, so I am hopeful they will meet expectations in terms of repair quality and communication. I will return to update this review once the work is completed. If the service does not align with the reputation associated with Lexus recommendations, I may need to inform the dealership.

When I dropped off my vehicle for repair, I was told it would be ready by December 31. Based on that timeline, I paid out of pocket for a rental vehicle through December 31. When December 31 arrived, I had no car, so I went to the repair shop to pick up my vehicle, since that was the promised completion date. However, I had received no call or text, even though I had provided my correct phone number for communication. I later found out that the shop had contacted a different phone number that I did not provide. At that point, I was informed that my vehicle would not be ready for another two days, leaving me without a car during that time. When I finally received my vehicle, I discovered that the repairs were incomplete. I returned the car to the shop to address the missed repair. Instead of properly replacing the damaged part, they simply pinned it back onto the car. This was not an acceptable repair, and I was very displeased with the overall experience.

The Customer Service was excellent in that they were always available to assist me with any questions I had concerning the repairs that needed to be done for my car. I gave my Toyota Prius for repair because another vehicle hit it in the parking lot, causing a dent on the front passenger door and scratches on the back door. The repair was done very well — both the estimator and the workers did an excellent job, and my car looks great again. I dropped off my car on Monday morning at 8 AM. They ordered the parts, completed the work, and returned the car to me the following Thursday (about 9 days later) I am satisfied as my car resembles previous condition
