I made an appointment for 1130 since there were available appointments every hour on the hour. Service was great at first but I received no updates unless I asked for them, also fine, however a service an oil check and a wash has taken four hours and counting. Go somewhere else unless you can just leave your car here the whole day for an inspection and oil change. Edit: I appreciate the responsiveness of your team, but to be honest, I don’t want to spend any more of my time talking about your location. 11:20AM to 4PM was enough for me.

I came in with wobbling and vibration that would normlly require tire balance. When that didn't fix the problem a front end alignment was done. Again the problem persisted. Service Advisor Joyce, who was excellent and persistent to fine the issue, personally driving the car to get a feel for the problem. After replacing the front L/R wheel axles, my car feels brand new. Thank you.

Los mecánicos aquí te roban el dinero. Solo tenía un problema y ahora resulta cuando lo recojo tiene las luz prendida (check engine) y mi carro estaba en buenas condiciones. No sé que hicieron esa bola de gueyes pero NO recomiendo este lugar. Me arruinaron mi carro. Took my car to get fixed here at this location only one thing needed to be fixed (cause another mechanic checked it and made sure it was just that one issue it had) and I picked it up and received the car with now a check engine light...now Im told that it has another issue... What did the "Mechanic's" at Ford service do to my vehicle?? Is this how they get money?? Fix one thing and tamper with other things on the vehicle so you guys have more work on your hands?? I do not recommend this place. Go to your trusted mechanic's. I should have done that in the first place.

After spending 4 hours here they told me they don’t have the tire I need. Why wasn’t this information relayed to me when I made the appointment 10 days ago or before I wasted half my day? This wasn’t my first horrible experience here, but it surely will be my last. They will never see a single cent of business from me ever again.
