Toke my car there for a oil change and tire rotation. I usually go to the location on Auth rd. But I went to the college park location because it was close to my job. (Walking distance) Services sucks really bad . Whoever service my car return my car back with two lug nuts missing and they didn't return back my lug nuts lock for my tires. I had to go back so they can put my lug nuts on but they couldn't find them so they replace them with black lug nuts. And mines was silver. And they gave me a different lug nut lock for my tires. The weekend pass went back because the tire was making a strange noise. Come to find out they had to tighten my lug nuts on the tire. They didn't wash my car at all. You can see all the finger prints and oil stain on my car. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK THERE. THEY SUCK!!!!!!

I took my car in for a state inspection today, 6/3/25, and everything was going well, the customer service was good and my wait time was also fine. But when I received my car back after the inspection (which passed) my AC Was no longer working and would not get cold. I called back and explained the issue, and was only told that I would have to come back and have a diagnostic run to evaluate and find any issues that might be occurring with my AC. Explaining that it would cost me, offering me a slight discount for further service. A service that was not necessary only an hour and a half before, when I was driving to the service center with cold blowing AC. I was given little to no compassion or understanding for my, newly acquired AC problem or the coincidental timing of the issue. Only to be passively accused of trying to get a free service for my AC. It was quite insulting and Also very off-putting. I would NOT recommend this dealership some shady things are going on in the service center. unfortunately this fits the stereotype of many mechanics finding it hard For regular people like me to find an honest Mechanic or trust mechanics in general.

"Disappointing experience with [Dealership Name]. Recently purchased a [Nissan Rouge] and within a short period, I discovered issues with the wheel bearings. When I reached out to the dealership, they had a very unhelpful response, citing their policy of only accepting inspections from certified shops. Despite my follow-up emails and attempts to resolve the issue, I've been met with complete radio silence. No response, no solution, no willingness to work with me as a customer. Given the short warranty period, the lack of communication and support is particularly concerning. Buyers beware: if you're looking for a dealership that stands behind its products and supports its customers, you might want to look elsewhere. Until [darcars] improves its customer service and support, I'd advise others to think twice before making a purchase here."
