I had a great experience buying my car with Christian Sandoval. He listened to exactly what I wanted, stayed within my budget, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very personable and respectful—highly recommend asking for Christian!

I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and a recall issue. The waiting area was comfortable but it did take a little longer than expected, but the communication was great and they even offered me the free shuttle that I hadn’t reserved in advance.

I’ve been going to Toyota Darcars Silver Spring for years, and the service has never disappointed. I’ve even purchased two cars from this location because of their consistent professionalism and care. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyrone Brown at the Call Center, and he is always extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend asking for him when you call, he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

UPDATE (no change in rating): The tech manager reached out to me and offered a bunch of excuses, then offered me credit toward a future visit. I told him all I really want is for someone to check to see if my tire was under warranty. He looked it up and sure enough it was still under warranty. Then he placed the blame on me, saying that if I knew it was under warranty I should have said something. I got my refund. They lost my business. --- 10/5/25 I wanted a simple patch or plug. No one greeted me when I pulled in. I asked them if my tire was still under warranty, but they didn't bother to look it up. I waited 4 hours and they put in one new tire instead, along with a large bill to pay. They didn't even tell me when my repair was done, and I had to chase down the guy to get my keys back. RE: You have my name incorrectly in your system as Andre Berhaim. Thank you for your reply; I can call you tomorrow.

I've been a SS Toyota car owner for more than 10 years....my account must have me labeled as infinitely patient because I feel like it depends on the advisor who intakes your car to how well/ bad the process will go. I took my car in earlier this month because the screen was malfunctioning by turning on and off. Now it's malfunctioning but differently this time, the car is less than 3 years old. I dropped it off at 6am yesterday, the advisor said it'd be ready later in the afternoon. Later I arrived to find out that it wasn't ready, the advisor said "whoops I read the screen wrong, the fuel injector part is going to be delivered tomorrow morning and then it'll be worked on when it arrives." Next day aka today..... 10am I called to check on my car, which wasn't worked on until a couple holds later I speak to the service manager to tell me he's getting a technician to work on the car. Which should be ready about 4 hours later. Honestly I'm not sure if they even diagnosed my car properly, I only took it here because I paid for the extra warranty. A family friend who is a mechanic said it would take him an hour to do the work so what else are they doing to the car that's been sitting there since yesterday. So good luck my fellow Toyota owners....
