Mike is the absolute best! I came to him after having issues with another shop. Mike is transparent, honest, thorough, fair and just a genuine good person/mechanic! He took the time to figure out all the issues that were going on with my car and what mistakes were made by the other shop. I cannot thank him and his mechanics enough :)

I recently had an exceptional experience with Daymude's Auto Services that I feel compelled to share. After getting an oil change at Mr. Tire, my car started leaking oil. Mike and Jim at Daymude's quickly identified the issue - turns out, the Mr. Tire technician had failed to put a washer in the drain plug. Not only did they rectify the problem at a very reasonable price, but they also conducted free inspections and provided invaluable advice on maintaining my high-mileage car, which has surpassed 300K miles. They even hand cleaned the mess underneath left behind by the lazy Mr. Tire technician. In over 30 years of dealing with auto mechanics, this has been by far the best experience I've had. I can't thank Mike, Jim, and the team at Daymude's enough for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend Daymude's to anyone in need of auto services. They've earned my trust and loyalty, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

I called Daymude's about repairing an air bag. The person on the phone said that he was not interested in the job. I fully understand his not wanting the job. However, as I was asking him if he could recommend someone to do the work, he abruptly hung up while I was speaking. I was offended, of course, but I called right back to be sure that our call was not disconnected. No one answered the phone, and no one has responded to my message. I feel that if a business is so busy that its representative cannot spend four minutes on the phone with a potential customer, it's too busy to take the time to do a good job. Or perhaps, the business is so lucrative that the representatives don't need to be courteous to customers. Either way, based on my experience, I would not have any car repairs done at Daymude's.
