I will definitely come back to this shop to have all of my cars worked on going forward. They were awesome, easy to communicate with, easy to set up an appointment with, gave updates when needed, and fairly priced. I enjoyed my experience and I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a device removed at Dexter’s Automotive. After the service, I noticed the driver-side interior panel under the dashboard had not been properly reinstalled and wiring was left exposed. Shortly afterward, I discovered that the hood release cable inside the vehicle was no longer functioning. During a later service, another technician confirmed that the plastic connector on the hood latch cable had been broken. The hood latch was working prior to this service, and I was not informed of any damage when my vehicle was returned. The pricing for the service was reasonable, but the condition in which my vehicle was returned was concerning. I share this experience so others can make informed decisions and carefully inspect their vehicles after service. I hope this feedback is taken as a helpful reminder, though it may also be ignored — the facts speak for themselves.

This guy is my forever mechanic! He saved me thousands of dollars on my repair. I was particularly impressed not only with his knowledge but also with his sending photos and giving me a final live tour of the repairs. In times when customer service is fleeting, this guy restores my faith and hope!

A friend turned me on to Mr Decker. I was not disappointed. He made me feel like family, and this was the first time I had met the man. Overall great experience. Wish there were more than 5 stars! He replaced a sensor in the fuel system dropped it a 2pm got a communication at 5pm all done.🤯
