I went to get a nail removed and the tire plugged but the nail was huge and had to replace. The person was professional and honest to show me the nail and tell me I needed a new tire which I agreed with. This is a great place for new and used tires and they are willing to work in your budget.

In my whole entire existence of getting tires have I EVER had to take my old tires with me because they don't pay for tire removal anymore. They didn't tell me this until after I was about to pull off. I came to them a week and a half prior for my back two tires. I paid $130 for the back two.... I wasn't told until they put the tires on that they don't accept cash which meant I had to walk down to the nearest corner store and withdraw the money. I was actually having leg pains and was going to the docors within that hour. Like I told them, they don't communicate anything until after the work is DONE! That's not professionalism and that's not good business. I am highly disappointed with this company and I will NEVER return back you can rest assured that! There's a place at 4601 Southern avenue Capitol Heights, Maryland. Their tires start off at $40 for used. I was going to go there but because I'm so loyal I came back to where I've always been coming. The customer service here has changed immensely over the past 15 years. They are rude they don't communicate and they are definitely overpriced. Not to mention when I came for my back tires the dude forgot to put my hub cap back on. I had to go back after a week of me not noticing and they had to look for it. I shouldn't even came back this morning but again loyalty can keep you in places that you should have been parted ways from. Never again. I will also share this on my social media platform and tell everyone I've told over the years about this place to go to the other location. Terrible experiences!

Went to this place yesterday to get a tire plug. The guy told me $15 each for two plugs. That’s normally high for a plug. Tire plug normally $10-12. Gave him a $50 bill. He came back with a $20 an $10 from the window. Give me the $20 and pocket the $10. Which made me wonder was the price really $15 each for 2 plugs. Won’t be going back here. They not honest and make up prices. No receipt or anything

Winter icy roads and a flat ? Sure why not. Haha. Great customer service, was welcomed with a warm greeting and in a timely manner. Pricing was beyond fair as compared to the other 3 tires shops I price shopped at. Highly recommend, they are certainly about their business but more so they are about their customers. Thank you .
