Deer Park Automotive was able to fix the heat in my truck after I had taken it to a shop in LaVale for the same issue twice!! Deer Park had heat in my vehicle the next day at a very fair price. Thank you all so very much! I will definitely bring my vehicles back when I need work done in the future!

This auto repair shop is the perfect example of why I'll trust a small, independent outfit over a major business any day of the week. I was in McHenry for a family vacation and my engine light turned on in my 2019 Ford Escape. They had the grace to get me in, although they were quite busy, and check my car. They found the issue and reached out to Ford dealerships in the area to confirm their diagnosis, which should be covered by a Ford "Customer Service Program" (that is to say a recall that Ford doesn't want to call a "recall"). The nice lady at Deer Park Automotive gave me all the documentation about the issue on my car and proof that it ought to be covered by the manufacturer. They said I could drive back home, over 3 hours away, despite the mechanical issue, and gave me instructions to limit the damage on my car. When I took my car to my local dealership for a repair, they quoted me between $10,500 and $13,500 for a new engine. I then presented them with the evidence given to me by Deer Park and - after another day - the dealership called me to say the repairs would - indeed - be covered by Ford. Without the good people at Deer Park, I'd have found myself looking for a new car! God Bless you guys! We need more small businesses in this country, and certainly many more like Deer Park Automotive.

I was at Deep Creek for vacation and my brakes went on my van. I called about 5 places, they were they only ones who gave me a call back with and estimate and a great price. If you ever have any problems with with your vehicle I highly suggest going to them.
