I used to take all my cars here, but will be going elsewhere from now on. I brought in my vehicle, which is a super common vehicle which only has a front wheel alignment. They did the job and the next highway trip my truck was ALL over the place and incredibly unsafe. Turns out the cam adjustment bolts had come loose, so it was self adjusting while I was driving. I suspect they didn't torque them to spec. So they agreed to make it correct, I drop it off for the 2nd time, they re-do the alignment. I take it, and the vehicle pulls to the left hard. How hard is it to get an alignment correct on a simple vehicle that there are thousands in this area. Also, why the hell don't they give print outs. That would have quickly shown that their numbers were still not correct. My advice is, find a shop that seems like they still know what they are doing AND provide the print out so you can see the numbers yourself. Followup Edit: I received my printout from another shop and 3 items were out of spec, and this is just after an alignment that was done here.

I bought (2) brand new tires from Tire Rack for my Toyota Tacoma during Covid. I pulled my Tacoma into my shop and removed my front two tires/wheels, then washed them. I took the two tires/wheels into Delaware tire and asked them to mount and balance the (2) new tires and left my phone number to call me. Within about an hour they called and said that they were ready. I arrived and asked how much, and the cashier she said that will be $91.50. I informed her that it must be a mistake as the last time I was there that they had charged me $56.50 for the same size wheels & tires. She was nice and reduced the price to $64.50, but if I had not said something, I am sure I would of have been fleeced. I do not plan to go back as the transaction has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle, and was advised to take it here to replace the tires.Tires placed on the vehicle on the driver side were inside out. They did take it back to fix. Then when they parked my vehicle they ran the front up on the curb and damage the splitter underneath. Total lack of attention to detail. The manager did commit to fixing the damage. Just an overall bad experience for me. First and last time here.

I took two tires and rims off a small trencher to remove the old tires and mount the new tires. Picked up the tires which were mounted on the wheels later that afternoon. Two days later went to mount the tires and wheels on the equipment and one tire had deflated due to the bead not being seated. Being the tire guy that I am , I tried to inflate the tire but was unable to. I returned the tire on the wheel to delaware tire to have it inflated. I picked. It up the next day and immediately noticed that the bead was not seated on the rim. I said to the guy.The bead is not seated to the rim, in which he told me, we put adequate pressure in the tire and it would not seat. If you'd like to try it at home do your best. I held my temper and left. Went to Burnett white and within 10 minutes. The tire was properly mounted and the bead seated. The technician showed me the amount of debris that was removed from the rim by a simple wire brushing. Installed air in the tire, checked for leaks and set me on my way. This is the difference between service and don't give a shit service. I've been a customer of Delaware tire for over 30 years. And I guess things change because of not giving a darn about customer service. They won't have to worry about me or anyone that i know patronizing their business again

Polite, courteous service. Make an appointment! They are busy and can't do last minute walk ins.
