Just an honest assessment of my experience with Denny. I bought a Pontiac 455 in November of 2024 as an upgrade to my show quality T/A. Motor was shipped quickly and installed. It ran great but I immediately had oil leaks in multiple places on the engine. I used a well respected shop on the install and to work through tracking and repairing the various leaks. In fact, the repair shop contacted Denny to directly keep him up to date on the issues and repairs. The engine had to come out of the car multiple times to fix oil pan and ultimately the rear main at my expense. I have paid over $4,000 in repairs/parts to seal the motor and been dealing with this over 9 months I paid well over $10,000 for the motor which was a premium cost vs other sellers to avoid these kinds of issues. Denny helped at the beginning by refunding $400 for the front seal repair but when the problem proved to be much more significant the financial help quickly dried up and Denny avoided paying the next cost of pulling the motor the first time. The motor was sold with a warranty, not sure what that really meant as it didn't protect me from further expense. Regardless, be advised, the motor runs great but you may get a motor that is dry or you might get one like mine that was a leaker and the repairs and frustration will be at your expense. I hated to have to write a bad review but when I sent Denny a note to let him know the repairs were finally complete and the latest cost was $2,000, instead of doing the right thing and offering to participate in the bill, he send me a thumbs up. That makes me give Denny's Machine shop two thumbs down. Buyer be Ware.

I recently purchased a motor from Denny and have put close to 500 Mi on it and it is running great! It was a pleasure doing business with Denny. The process was smooth and painless. If I need another motor in the future I would go with Denny again.

Purchased a pontiac 400 from denny. I drove my 66 gto 250 miles to his shop and had them remove the old motor and install the new one. Everything went well. Dennys even drove it 75 miles just to makesureeverythingwas tight and right. I picked it up and drove it 250 miles back home. One small issue with the install but denny stepped up and took care of it. All in all great motor and experience. I would recommend dennys without a doubt.
