I’ve always been a Volkswagen enthusiast, but until recently I had never owned, or knew much about air-cooled Volkswagens. When I finally bought my Beetle, Deno welcomed me with open arms and completely took on the challenge of getting it exactly where I wanted it to be. From day one, he went above and beyond in ways you just don’t see anymore. This included personally making a four-hour round trip with me to pick up a donor beetle, completing a full autostick to manual swap, a motor swap, and countless other details and improvements along the way. His knowledge of these cars is incredible, but what really sets him apart is how much he truly cares about his work and his customers. Deno is professional, honest, personable, and someone you can trust the moment you meet him. I’m grateful to now consider him not just my mechanic, but a good friend.
