Oh look, they gave themselves 5 stars. That's laughable, they added that just after I left. This shop is not a safe or trustworthy place for women. Despite claiming to be under new management, the service is poorly handled. The mechanic had me install unnecessary parts, as confirmed by another shop. They over charged in labor. They kept my car for nearly a month for repairs that should have taken significantly less time. In the end, I had to leave with my car still broken—worse than before. On the paperwork I stated that the job was incomplete and the vehicle was not operable. This place is a money pit—proceed at your own risk.
