I had to take the car to the Dealership for correction. Update October 2025. May be good in other areas, but the suspension you should be cautious. Don't be cheap. Lesson learned. No hard feelings, but Im responsible to let others know now Update June 2025 Still no resolution. Does not answer calls or texts, the Lexus suspension after only 7 months is already back to square one almost. As a business owner, I take pride in service and customer care so since I was let down I had to find another mechanic and recently do a chargeback on the recent work for our Ford vehicle because the new mechanic said that the work wasn't even done properly and steps were skipped so the same thing that happen to the Lexus most likely was going to happen to the Ford Beware ____________________________ November 2024 Devon has been working on the company vehicles for about 2 months now. Great work and always have a solution for when problems come up. His system of communication is secured and reassuring for a mobile mechanic company. I failed the MD state inspection for one of the vehicles. I called Devon and he told me everything that needed work and started ordering the parts with a warranty and booked me on the calendar. I took the car for MD inspection and pass 100 % car was sitting for 2 years and Devon brought it back to life. Great work. Pictures of Lexus ES 350 suspension being fixed. Saved me $7,000.00 dollars.

My car died on the highway exit and I was able to call Devon for a swift fix...swifter than I expected! Him and his buddy came with the car part I needed, then switched out the bad one in no time! Prices are fair and you will know the prices before arrival so no surprises. Would recommend

Devon and his employee came to my house within a few hours of me putting in a quote request online. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to give me a quote for that. Prices were fair and reasonable. The app they use it helpful to see everything they are talking about with you. It shows the quote, labor, parts cost, etc. and they text you updates, when they will get there, and easy to pay through the app link. Will definitely use them in the future. Let’s hope that was the issue and everything is smooth going forward.
